Meet Anita, the candle lover behind WICK-ED
WICK-ED was founded by Anita Doran, a lifelong candle lover with a passion for sustainability and beautiful scents. After falling in love with a treasured silver container, she set out to find a way to extend the life of candle vessels people actually want to keep. That mission became WICK-ED, formerly known as Refill My Candles.
Candle making was so over-complicated
It started as a simple plan: refill one candle holder with wax and a wick. But candle making quickly turned into trial and error, with uneven burns, wobbly wicks and a lot of mess along the way. That learning curve is exactly why WICK-ED focuses on making refills simple and reliable.
